A few days ago, we received a message from Umi family. Last time, when Umi arrived Malaysia from Russia, My team & I was busy with the shipment from Russia, we have another cat flying in from the same destination. How ever, the whole team manage to welcome all the animal arrived in Malaysia wonderfully.
Well, the story is…Mr Potapov and his family are now travelling back to Russia, so he wanted me to do all the preparation for Umi’s safety and comfort during the whole process. However, for souble check purposes I asked him about measurment of Umi’s carrier. He even draw it up. It is super nice right? He got talent!
