The Beginning: University Days
Our journey began in 2005 at Multimedia University Melaka. While studying, we started taking care of pets like cats, rabbits, hamsters, and sugar gliders for our classmates. Initially, we helped friends from Indonesia, the Philippines, the Maldives, Africa, and Korea by looking after their pets for a few weeks to a month.
Expanding Horizons: Helping Expatriates
Word soon spread about our pet care services, and we began receiving more requests, this time from expatriates working in Malaysia. People from Australia, France, and Japan started entrusting their pets to us while they were away for extended periods. This experience helped us understand the special bond between owners and their pets and the responsibility of caring for them.
Taking the Next Step: Pet Relocation
The real turning point came when our friends and expatriates, who had completed their stay in Malaysia, wanted to take their beloved pets back home. We saw an opportunity to help and began assisting with the necessary paperwork and logistics. Our dedication to ensuring pets were safely transported to their new homes led to the birth of our pet relocation service.
Going Global: Import and Export Services
As more people heard about our reliable and compassionate service, we started receiving requests from countries like Russia for help with importing and exporting pets. We embraced the challenge and expanded our operations to handle the complexities of international pet relocation. Our business grew, and we began facilitating pet relocations around the world.
